As a company, we have been working with EURES for over a decade. We have been developing our COOT programs for our clients from the very beginning together with the Finnish government and in close cooperation with EURES. Through this close collaboration, we eventually became a member within the EURES network in August 2018.
We are committed to following the international rules of recruitment as well as to thoroughness in the process and how it affects both the applicants and their new working environments. Our partner organisations and companies around Europe have given us a reputation as trustworthy and ethical experts in international recruitment.

We will gladly inform you of our services, the process and the support we offer as EURES members.
EURES staff helps jobseekers to find jobs and employers to recruit from all over Europe. EURES services help in basic level matching, posting job ads to the EURES job portal, and giving information on different types of support available for you - whether you are an applicant or an employer.
Targeted Mobility Schemes—Financial Support for You
You probably have a lot of questions about how to cover all related costs. Targeted Mobility Schemes offers dedicated support from national employment services for people seeking work, training or apprenticeships in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, and for employers business dedicated support from local employment services to recruit motivated and qualified jobseekers from other European countries for work, traineeship or apprenticeship. It tackles the needs of jobseekers to remove mobility obstacles. It also helps employers in these countries who are looking for motivated and qualified workers.
Through Targeted Mobility Schemes you can receive information, job search, matching and recruitment assistance and you may also be eligible for financial support.
Available support includes funding to cover things like language courses, getting your qualifications recognised, travel and subsistence expenses. The financial support is targeted towards the costs of attending an interview abroad, participating in language training prior to your relocation, the costs of recognition of qualifications or relocation to the destination country. If you are a small or medium-sized business, you can also apply for financial support to cover some of the training and integration costs for these new staff. We are always happy to help you.
